When Bolton & Co., a large employee-owned insurance brokerage, had outgrown their traditional offices, they sought a new, modern office environment to reflect their progressive business philosophy. Desiring a collaborative space to accommodate their entire staff, they selected a large ground floor space in Pasadena with high ceilings and windows with green views all around.

WDG transformed the second generation space into a bold new work environment, while re-using as much of the existing conditions. The result is a bright, welcoming space with a modern timeless look that will promote internal communication and help recruit new talent.
